Some Days are for Stillness

Today was a day for stillness. Relaxing, sleeping, leaving the world behind and doing nothing.  It was beautiful.

Normally I have struggeled with guilt with the pressure to work hard and achieve my goals, be productive and create a life of abundance.  But I discovered that what's more important is to spend time in stillness. To allow the subtle energy to work on higher frequencies.

I was out running some errands looking for a dvd player, grabbed lunch from my favorite Malaysian restaurant and looked for a book on DNA activation at the local book shop before coming home.  I had planned on writing and organizing my day but started by playing you tube videos on high requency music. I quickly drifted into a deep state of relaxation.  I remember on some level listening to a guided meditation by Steve Nobel leading me to a door of the future
